阳明海运YML宣布[航程終止](End of Voyage)

尊敬的客戶您好：

鑑於中東衝突持續發展，遺憾地通知您，公司被迫針對已經滯留在中轉港的貨載，宣布[航程終止](End of Voyage)。

此措施同樣適用於所有目前航行中的貨物將改道至下一個安全的卸貨港，在該應變港，貨物將被卸下，並交由客戶自行安排當地提領及後續處理，本公司保留徵收改道必要費用的權利，以支付改道所需成本，並需於放貨前支付，此外所有與卸貨相關的費用—包括但不限於裝卸、倉儲、滯箱、滯港及其他費用—均完全由貨方承擔與負責，並符合陽明提單條款第六條，如客戶希望將貨物運往其他替代目的地，需透過陽明各辦公室重新安排辦理，請客戶聯繫所在地的陽明辦公室，以取得各卸貨港相關資訊，並確認當地貨物提領的安排。

造成不便，敬請見諒，但此舉實屬因不可抗力的特殊情勢所致，感謝您的理解與配合。

Dear Valued Customers,

In view of the ongoing developments regarding the conflict in the Middle East, we regret to inform you that we are compelled to declare an End of Voyage for cargo, currently stranded at transshipment ports.

This measure also applies to all cargo currently in transit, which will be diverted to the next safe port of discharge. At these contingency ports, cargo will be discharged and placed at the disposal of the customer for local pick-up and subsequent handling, and in accordance with Clause 6 of Yang Ming’s Bill of Lading.

Key Terms and Conditions:

Diversion Costs: The Company reserves the right to levy necessary diversion fees to cover the costs incurred by these changes. These fees must be settled prior to the release of cargo.

Local Charges: All costs associated with the discharge—including but not limited to stevedoring, storage, detention, demurrage, and other surcharges—shall be the sole responsibility of the cargo interest.

Alternative Destinations: Should customers wish to transport cargo to an alternative destination, a new arrangement must be made through our local offices.

Please contact your local office to obtain specific information regarding discharge ports and to confirm arrangements for local cargo collection.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please understand that this decision has been necessitated by Force Majeure and exceptional circumstances beyond our control. We thank you for your continued understanding and cooperation.
